Introduction.. .
My name is Freek van Makkelenberg
After a career as a senior manager and director at large and smaller companies, I decided in 2019 to continue as a self-employed interim manager. Conscious and confident, knowing that my contribution is of added value to many companies.
At the moment I limit my work as a self-employed person to offering coaching and mentoring to individuals. I do this in addition to my work as manager of a large IT department within the Dutch government.
People and relationships are always my starting point. Customer experience, ICT and digitization are my most important frame of reference. Sustainability, craftsmanship, technology, humanity, trust, respect, humor, clarity, guts, action, pace... those are the words that describe me best.
